1. Overview

These Shipping Terms outline the rights and obligations between Phone Farm Box LLC (“the Store”) and the customer regarding product shipment. We are committed to providing safe, efficient, and reliable shipping services to ensure timely and secure delivery.

2. Transportation Methods

Express Shipping

We use international express couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT by default. Customers may choose alternative couriers at their own expense.

Air Freight

Air freight is available for standard goods. For certain countries, we offer channels that include customs clearance and duties with a 99%+ chance of avoiding document submission or direct duty payment. If duty-free clearance cannot be completed, the customer must cover any applicable taxes.

Sea Freight

Available for bulk or heavy goods. Contact customer service in advance. Sea shipping takes longer but is more cost-effective.

Note: All shipping fees, duties, and customs-related charges are borne by the customer.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, size, and destination. Final costs are shown at checkout.
  • Any additional fees caused by customer reasons (wrong address, refusal, return) must be paid by the customer.
  • For after-sales service shipments, all transportation costs are borne by the customer.

4. Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible after payment.
  • Transit time depends on the shipping method and destination. A tracking number will be provided.

5. Acceptance & Refusal

Upon receiving the goods, customers should inspect the package and product quantity. If serious damage is found, customers may refuse delivery with photo evidence and contact us for support.

6. Shipping Risks & Responsibilities

  • Goods may be damaged or lost due to unforeseen events during transit. The Store will assist in obtaining compensation from the courier but cannot guarantee full reimbursement.
  • The Store is responsible for handing goods to the logistics provider with accurate information.
  • The courier is responsible for the goods during transit.
  • The customer must inspect and sign for the goods upon delivery.

7. Other Provisions

  • The Store may update the shipping terms as needed. Updated terms will be published on the website.
  • Disputes should be resolved through negotiation; otherwise, submitted to the Store’s local court.
  • These terms are governed by Hong Kong law.
