2. Important Warranty Rules

Please keep USB Debugging and Developer Mode enabled during use. Do not modify system settings yourself (such as factory reset, updates, or patches); otherwise, the warranty will be void.

3. Shipping Costs

If repairs are required during the warranty period, we will cover all shipping costs. Please follow the inspection and repair instructions provided by our support team. If you refuse to cooperate, we may be unable to provide service.

4. Returns & Refunds

Since this is a custom-made product, we do not accept unconditional returns. If the issue is on our side (such as non-receipt of your order), we will issue a refund. If the product you receive is defective, please contact us — we will guide you step by step and provide full after-sales support.
